On Saturday 29th June we held our annual summer course at the hombu dojo.
It was a great turnout for the hottest day of the summer so far. all grades were represented from white belt to 7th Dan. The training covered Kata and its principles contained within the Sanchin and Naifanchin kata’s. We would like to thank everyone who came on such a hot day and especially thank those who travelled from Norfolk and Southport to attend.
Special thanks to Lori Ridgway who put on a fine BBQ in the evening and kept everyone fed and watered well into the late evening.
