Every year we start the year with an annual winter course. This year
We will keep the tradition alive but train together on line. The training will cover both Kihon and Kata. Stressing fundamentals and the importance of them in traditional Karate. As well as fundamental kata I will teach on Saturday Naifhanchi Nidan and on Sunday Saifa.
Please make sure you book a slot so we know who is logging in. If you’ve not used the technology before, Lori will be available on the Saturday to help you connect.
