On Sunday 24th November Sensei Ridgway was invited to teach at the Spiceball leisure centre in Banbury near Oxford. Course study for the day was kata called Shinpa. A great day was had by all students attending and a big thank you goes out to Sensei Gareth Rees who organised the course for his club.
