The annual winter course was well attended and went down really well with all who came along. It is always the 1st course of the new year and it was great to see students from all over the country attending and enjoying their training. Sensei Derek Ridgway taught fundamental principles based on Naifanchin kata. With lower grades studying the Shodan kata while senior grades worked on Nidan and Sandan. A big thanks goes to all that attended especially those who travelled far to attend. Next hombu course will be in the spring poster will be out soon.
